I arrived to a diagnostic service call. Upon inspection, I discovered the outdoor unit was not coming on, and that the capacitor was swollen - due to this I was unable to get a reading. Replaced capacitor, then restarted system. System was operational and cooling upon my departure.
I provided an estimate for a new Carrier "Infinity Series" 96% Variable Speed Two-Stage 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace.
