Showed up on time called said he was15 minutes away checked said it was working ok just needed a yearly maintenance said running good at least 12 years old no need to buy a new one very truthful would recommend this technician and company will definitely be using this company in future
The installer did not fully charge the system on a 90 degree day(Friday) resulting in the system freezing up and our house temperature reaching 80 degrees the following day, then another technician (Great Guy!) returned and admitted the installer did not charge the system and it took him 2+hrs to thaw and then charge the system- 48 hours later the system has not shut OFF
I performed a diagnostic on a Five Star air handler and furnace and inquired that the unit was cooling normally, customer had alerted us to a red light blinking on her furnace but it was not visible at the time of visit. Customer also noted that there was possible water damage to the furnace, but I was unable to find any water damage on the unit. Will need to come back to add gravel underneath of the unit as it is currently not level.
I completed a diagnostic service call on an air conditioner. I determined the poor air return in the upper levels of the home is due to previous ductwork. I went over options with the customer for how we could move forward.
I completed scheduled maintenance spring tune up on a Carrier heat pump. I visually inspected the furnace. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked voltage and amps. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed a diagnostic on a Goodman Electric Furnace and Air Conditioner. I determined that the wiring at the thermostat, furnace and Air Conditioner needed corrected. The defrost board has burn marks on both sides of it. disabled outdoor unit so customer could use emergency heat and replaced thermostat. Emergency was operating at time of departure.
Upon inspection, I found the low voltage fuse had blown. I replaced the fuse and cycled the system. Everything is running as it should. System is operational upon departure.

I found the issue to be with the inducer motor. I attempted to fix the issue by cleaning and oiling it, but it is still not functioning properly. Due to age of system, I recommended replacing the furnace. Customer wants to try to get through the winter first. System is operational upon departure.
I performed a diagnostic on a 2012 Carrier electric furnace. I recommended and quoted the replacement of the OEM variable speed blower motor with capacitor.
Return to finish zoning system and heat pump.
I am Performing our Five Star Tune-Up & Safety Check on a 2019 Electric Furnace. All readings were within manufacturer's specifications, unit operating properly at this time.

Customer advised air-conditioning was no longer cooling the residence, further stated they have lived there over a year and have not been able to locate the furnace filter. Located filters for customer and removed them. I Turned unit on at stat indoor blower motor came on, however was extremely noisy, outdoor fan came on as well.
Performed leak search on 2019 Comfortmaker AC Unit and verified leak at the shift off Valve as well as where the flex pipe connects to the iron pipe for furnace. Installed Gas Pipe - ½ Black Iron Shut Off. Unit operational at time of departure.
