Customer provided filter. Checked amps on heat strip and fan motor. Both Test fine. Checked amps on compressor and fan motor on outside unit. Both test fine. Tested zone dampers. Both working properly. Unit performing as it should.
Customer signed ach form to become a monthly member.Completed single system cooling maintenance. Replaced provided 20x25x5 filter. Cleared and tread drain line and condo pump. Checked all electrical components on indoor and outdoor unit. Cleaned coil on outdoor unit and checked charged. System is currently cooling at manufacturers specifications. Installed bypass damper controls,set and tested bypass damper. Bypass is operating correctly with zoned system.
Warranty parts and labor. Installed new 10 kw heatstrip. Tested manually jumping red to white at airhandler to burn off the new smell. Customer has nest thermostats that are not connected to the Internet. Nest thermostats will avoid bringing on the heat strips unless absolutely necessary. Need to bring bypass damper control on next maintenance visit.
Completed one ccm maintenance on air handler heat pump, I checked thermostat operations inspected drain checked heat strips, they would not kick on checked my 24v and got it at board and thermostat was not helping reach desired temp it took awhile and wasn’t cold outside but they never kicked on customer would like replaced checked zone board And dampers did not change 20x20x5 filter as it was good at this time checked blower motor amps and cleanliness outside I checked fan Motor amps capacitor mfd and Freon levels in heating mode everything performed as it should at this time.
Completed ccm maintenance on air handler heat pumps, I checked heat strips and blower amps to ensure they were operating properly I changed 3 filters 1 25x25x1 and 2 20x25x1, everything inside operating as normal, I checked defrost mode capacitor and fan amps outside as well as Freon levels in cool mode everything operating normally at this time.
Checked system operation. Added less than a pound of refrigerant to upstairs system. Cleared p-trap. System operating properly
Maintenance/tune up completed in Lineville AL
Performed inspection and maintenance on one heat pump units and one outdoor condensing unit. Customers filter did not need to be changed at this time, so a fresh 20 x 20 x 1 filter was left for the customer. Treated drain line and condensation pump. Inspected heat strips, ductwork, and zone damper system. Inspected blower amperage and overall cleanliness of the blower compartment. Inspected outdoor condensing fan motor amperage, capacitor, and Freon level. Washed outdoor condensing unit coils. The system functions normally at this time, and all measurements taken are within specifications.
Checked air filters customer had replaced less than 30 days ago drains were clean condensate pumps were clean, Checked electrical and contactors and all electrical connections with no issues found clean condenser coil’s watched run in heat and cooling with no problems units are ready for service.
