Found basement system, condensate removal pump unable to pump water. Replaced condensate removal pump with new pump. Flushed all drain lines to ensure water flow. Also vacuumed water from emergency pan. Also tied in the new pump safety float switch so that if pump were not able to remove water, it would shut down system before water overflows.

Found low voltage short in air handler that I believe may have caused the issue, or possibly some sort of high-voltage/brown out backfeed may have occurred. Made repair at low-voltage in the air handler. Replaced fuse and replaced thermostat. Technician also inspected outdoor unit for any potential electrical feed issues. System is now cooling normally.

System is running and cooling as should. Filter size is 16x20x1” PUMP IS NOT PLUGGED IN DO TO NO OUTLET 5/16 builder knows. Toe kick at garage entry is not cut into kick plate of cabinets, builder was also told about this as well. Ran out of Freon and system is charged just might be a little low. 6” hood vent needs connected in attic. 3- 6” elbows and tape.
