Customer is going to get a new thermostat for basement system. The temperature sensor inside thermostat is moving up and down to quickly without a long runtime. Also, customer wants to add a supply duct to his master bedroom. He will call and schedule when he’s ready.
Performed 2 natural gas furnace maintenances. Checked both 16x25x5 media filters, both still in good condition. Cleaned and checked flame sensors, blower amperage, burner compartment and heat exchangers. Both furnaces clean and operating properly.
Performed 1 gas furnace maintenance. Left customer with new 16x25x1 filter. Existing in good condition. Checked and cleaned flame sensor. Checked capacitor and blower amperage. Inspected burners and heat exchanger. Checked zoning equipment and steam humidifier. System is heating properly at this time.
I performed a heating maintenance on two gas furnaces Ac units I replaced one 16x25x5 and did not replace 16x25x1 filters I checked all electrical components and checked the temp rise and checked the heat exchangers and checked the flame sensors and I checked and adjusted the gas pressures everything is in good working order at this time
Upon arrival upstairs furnace blower running with thermostat in off mode. Checked wiring and found low voltage short. Fixed low voltage wiring and now furnace is operating properly.
1 system CCM- Checked heating operations of 2017 Carrier heat pump and air handler. Washable 16x20x1 filter still clean, Checked capacitor outputs and amp drawls, Checked refrigerant levels and auxiliary heat, Triggered safety switches and defrost mode, Checked delta T, and cleared drain line. System is operating properly at this time, pics uploaded
Performed single system heat maintenance both 16x25x1 filters were new cleaned flame sensor and pressure tubes tested all electrical components and connections inspected gas and exhaust supply all systems operating properly at this time

I looked at a gas furnace in the garage. I looked at all the low voltage and blower motor I cleaned the flame sensor I did not change the filter the homeowner did before we came out. The system is running and operating like it should be at this time
Customer stated that the Main level 2003 Trane furnace would not heat, upon further inspection no error codes were found. I reset system and furnace started heating home. Made customer aware furnace is older and may be having control board issues(furnace door was also a little loose so I added tape for door switch), I also found a slightly dirty flame sensor. Customer approved the BEST option with the weekend fee and a 3 system tune up. Checked heating operations of Main level 2003 Trane, Basement 2003 Trane and Upstairs 2003 Trane furnaces. Customer recently replaced the 3-16x25x1 filters, Checked capacitor outputs and amp drawls, Inspected heat exchangers, Checked delta T, triggered safety switches, Cleaned flame sensors, Cleaned burners, and cleared drain line. Main level, furnace filter, clogged, dirty. Customer is a maintenance member and is due for maintenance. I would recommend on this system because the filter is 1 inch thick that replacing in between visits would be beneficial. Installed 16 x 25 x 1 filter for main level furnace. Our office will reach out to customer to schedule normal maintenance.

System is operating properly at this time. Customer will be getting son-in-law to install water sensors
The upstairs damper was not operating correctly like opening and closing changed out the upstairs damper motor make sure and open and close correctly. The system is running and operating like it supposed to at this time.
Checked system operation and system is working properly. Supply vent located close to thermostat and blowing pretty direct on the thermostat, adjusted the airflow direction on supply register to direct airflow away from thermostat. Lowered fan speed for longer runtime. No charge
