Great servixe, came outsode of regular hours

I got home from work at 8:30 p.m. and an issue within my unit cause my house to be 86 degrees. With one call, John Rice was over in less then 30 minutes. John was able to diagnose the issue and explain it to me in laymans terms so i was better able to understand the issue. John restored the A/C and scheduled to come out to repair the faulty parts first thing in the morning. John was kind, professional, and apologetic about the issues and how it effected my family. I would recommend John and the Comfort Solutions team to anyone who asked. Thanks again John.

During today’s visit, performed inspection and maintenance on one attic, air handler and one outdoor heat pump unit. Changed 20 x 20 x 1 filter. Inspected ductwork for leaks. Inspected blower and coil Compartments for overall cleanliness. Inspected blower amp draws. Inspected function of auxiliary heat strips. One leg of the heat strip kit was not attached. A high resistance in the wire going to the heat strip caused the wire to melt and sever at its terminal. No continuity to ground was found on the circuit. Recommended at this time to cut and clean the wire, and attach a new terminal. Customer authorized the repair at this time. After performing the repair on the heat strip circuit wire, verified proper operation by measuring amp draws. Inspected temperature heat rise while in heat mode. Temperature heat rise is within the ideal range. Inspected outdoor electrical components including the contactor, Capacitor, and outdoor fan motor amp draws. The system is functioning normally at t
