Technician found filter so clogged with sheet rock dust that light from the sun could not even pass through. This will cause the unit to lockout on high pressure because air cannot flow through a clogged filter. Installed filter left in closet by air handler. Temperature maintaining at 71° on arrival however, after replacing filter and inspecting system operations unit was able to raise temperature by a couple degrees in a short period of time. Recommend not leaving front door open when system is operating. Photos uploaded to file.
Performed single system heat maintenance tested thermostat operation and cleaned flame sensor and pressure tube replaced 16x25x5 filter all systems operating properly at this time

I completed a two system heating maintenance. I replaced 1-16x20x1 and 1-20x20x1 filter. I checked amp draw on blower motors and heat strips. I checked capacitors and amp draw on the compressor and fan motor. I checked defrost cycle and confirmed proper sequence of operation. Systems are currently operating at manufacturers specifications.
Installed new ecm blower motor for furnace. After installation technician tested system operations. System is now operating properly.
2010 carrier system displaying code 41. Furnace blower motor fault. Technician performed system test function and confirmed that the blower motor is no good and will need to be replaced. Monday we will need to contact carrier distributor for pricing and availability. Estimate will be provided.
I performed a heating maintenance on two heat pump air handler units I both 16x20x1 filters I checked all electrical components and checked the temp rises and checked the Freon levels and checked the capacitors everything is in good working order at this time
Warranty- Both systems not working in heat because whenever the Nest thermostats were programmed it was never connected to W1. I made corrections and systems are now working properly. 2-16x25x1. Did not charge since we were out for a tune up.
York system in ceiling for the thermostat in the back shorting low voltage fuse because of a shorted 24v contactor in AC. Customer approved the GOOD option with just the contactor replacement. System is now working properly. 20x20x1, 14x20x1. Pics uploaded Has a 1yr warranty on part
Found bad capacitor in the outdoor unit for the downstairs system. Preventing unit from cooling. Replaced 45 x 5 capacitor. Also replaced 16 x 25 x 1 filter. Treated drain lines and condensate pump with chlorinated tablets. Upstairs system also had a very dirty filter replaced 16 x 25 x 1 filter. Both systems are now operating properly.
Upstairs Front office 2008 Goodman AC not working because of a shorted duel capacitor. Customer approved the BETTER option with the rebuild kit. I replaced the 24v contactor and 35/5 duel capacitor and system is now working properly. 14x20x1, pics uploaded Has a 1yr warranty on parts
Arrived and found condensation drain line was out side of the condensation pump. This caused the emergency pan to fill up with water. I got the drain line back into the pump. I checked over the system and confirmed the drain is properly draining into the pump, pump correctly pumps out the water, cleared drain tubing,checked filter and checked charge. System is currently cooling at manufacturers specifications.
