Performed single system maintenance. Replaced both of the 16 x 25 x 1 filters. Then cleared and treated condensate drain line. Inspected electrical connections and components of furnace. Removed cleaned and reinstalled flame sensor. Tested furnace operations along with zoning. Inspected outdoor unit. Electrical components. Utilized sanitizer to clean up surfaces. System is operating normally at this time..
Performed 1 heat pump system maintenance. Replaced 1-20x20x1 filter. Checked capacitors and motor amperage. Checked components and refrigerant. System is heating properly. No charge customer pays monthly.
Performed 2 heat pump geothermal system maintenance. Upstairs air handler 20x20x5 healthy climate filter still in good condition. Replaced 1-24x30x2 filter for main floor geothermal heat pump package system. Checked both ECM blower motors. Checked components and capacitors. Checked refrigerant levels for both systems. Main floor system is zoned, all zoning operating properly. Both geothermal heat pump systems operating properly at this time.
I completed a single system heating maintenance. I replaced 2-16x225x1 filter. I cleaned the flame sensors and checked igniters. I checked the amp draw on the blower motors and inducer motors. I checked capacitors and checked all safeties. I confirmed proper sequence of operation. Both systems are currently heating at manufacturers specifications.
I performed a one system heat maintenance on a gas furnace in the basement. I looked at all the low voltage checked the blower motor and cleaned the flame sensor. The homeowner provided the 16x25x5 filter and I changed it as well the system is running and operating like it’s should be
I performed a heating maintenance on two gas furnaces Ac units I replaced both 16x25x5 filters homeowner supplied I checked all electrical components on both units and checked the heat exchangers and checked the gas pressures I did adjust the gas pressures on the unit in the crawl and I checked and cleaned the flame sensors everything is in good working order at this time

I checked and confirmed Honeywell smart valve operation. I checked all safeties and confirmed proper sequence of operation. The system is currently operating at manufacturers specifications.

Customer states heat is not operating upon inspection found system to be showing code for high pressure lockout inspected system and found coil to be clogged with dust cleaned coil and replaced filter system is now operating properly at this time
