Performed single system heating maintenance. Serviced condensate drain line. Inspected electrical connections, and components of gas furnace. Removed cleaned and reinstalled flame sensor. Cleaned up roofing debris from around furnace and flu piping. Replaced 16 x 25 x 1 filter. There is still a new filter there for customer. Inspected the outdoor unit electrical wiring and components. At this time the system is operating properly.

Found bad heat kit for electric furnace. Customer wants pricing on replacement.
I tested the outdoor unit for the upstairs kids area. I found a bad defrost control board. The board was not correctly operating the defrost cycle. I installed and tested a Honeywell defrost board. The system is currently operating and correctly cycles in and out of defrost mode. This comes with a one year parts and labor warranty.
2 system CCM- Checked heating operations of Upstairs 1990 Ruud and Main level 2020 Rheem furnaces. Replaced 2-16x25x1 filters, Checked capacitor outputs and amp drawls, Inspected heat exchangers, Checked delta T, triggered safety switches, Cleaned flame sensors, Cleaned burners, and cleared drain line. Upstairs furnace not working because of a shorted inducer pressure switch and gas valve(AC/COIL was updated in 2020). Due to age customer is interested in talking with a comfort advisor. I completed a two system heating maintenance. Media filters are still in good condition and will need to be replaced on the cooling maintenance. I cleaned the flame sensors and igniters. I checked the amp draw on the inducer motors and blower motors. I checked all safeties and confirmed proper sequence of operation. Both systems are currently heating at manufacturers specifications.

Performed heating maintenance on three systems. Replaced 16 x 25 x 1 filter for basement furnace. Replaced 20 x 25 x 1 filter for main level furnace. Replaced 20 x 20 5 51 filter for upstairs furnace. Cleared and treated condensate drain lines. Removed and cleaned flame sensors. Inspected electrical connections and components. The upstairs furnace has a bad pressure switch. Customer informed me that he does not use this furnace for heating because of the heat rise in the house. The main level and basement furnaces are heating properly.

Inspected heat exchangers with furnace operating under full load. Also treated condensate drain line with chemical to prevent sludge. Checked outdoor unit, electrical wiring and components. System is operating properly at this time.

Serviced pressure switch tubing and orifice. Cleaned furnace with sanitizer and towels. Inspected heat exchangers and flue piping. At this time the furnace is operating quite well. Inspected the thermostat for functionality, and to make sure buttons work properly. System is heating as it should.
Checked mini split heat pump. It did seem to take a little while to come on but it came on and was heating. No charge

Basement system leaking water because of a clogged drain, I made corrections and system is now working properly. I also made customer aware that no safety switches were installed for all 3 systems.
