Performed single system heat maintenance cleaned flame sensor and pressure tube tested all electrical components and connections inspected gas and exhaust supply all systems operating properly at this time
Motor is ceased on to blower wheel cannot replace will be bringing motor to shop to attempt removal if removal is successful will return to complete motor replacement if removal is not successfully will have to replace motor wheel and housing estimate has been sent to customer and issues have been discussed
New 1 system PM- Checked heating operations of 2014 Goodman furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 filter(can also hold a 4” filter), Checked capacitor outputs and amp drawls, Inspected heat exchangers, Checked delta T, triggered safety switches, Cleaned flame sensor, Brushed burners, and cleared drain line. System is operating properly at this time. Pics uploaded Also noticed drain does not have a safety float switch to prevent water damage, a flex duct has insulation exposed, and I’m also going to recommend a carbon monoxide detector in home. Sending quotes to customer.
During today’s visit, added an 8 inch supply duct run from the supply Plenum to the living room. Verified sufficient airflow from the vent after adding the run.
Performed 2 system heat maintenance both filters were still in usable condition tested auxiliary and thermostat functions as well as refrigerant charge cleaned flame sensor and pressure tubes tested all electr Component and connections all systems operating properly at this time
Performed single system heat maintenance replaced 20x25x1 filter cleaned flame sensor and pressure tube tested all electrical components and connections all systems operating properly at this time
During today’s visit, performed maintenance and inspection on one attic furnace unit. Inspected flue pipe and ductwork for leaks. Inspected overall cleanliness of the blower and burner compartments. The customers filter did not need to be changed at this time. Inspected flame sensor, igniter, pressure switch, and burners. performed ignition sequence on the furnace and inspected flames. Inspected blower and inducer amp draws. Inspected temperature heat rise, which is in the ideal range. This system is performing normally at this time.
During today’s visit, performed maintenance and inspection on two basement, furnace units and one attic furnace unit. Inspected flue pipes and ductwork for leaks. Inspected overall cleanliness of the blower and burner compartments. Inspected pressure switches, flame sensors, igniters, and burners. The customer had already changed all filters, so spares were left for the customer. Upon inspection of the blower capacitors, found the master bedroom and the upstairs furnaces’ blower capacitors below specifications. Both capacitors are rated at 20 µF. It is recommended to replace these capacitors at this time. Performed ignition sequence on all systems and inspected flames. Inspected and draws for all blowers and inducer fan motors. Inspected temperature heat rise for all three systems, and temperature heat rise is within the ideal range. All three systems are functioning normally at this time.
During today’s visit, the customer is concerned the basement furnace is not working. The igniter is not functional, though it is getting 120 V power. Replacement of the igniter is recommended at this time. customer has opted to sign up for the comfort club membership and will be paying monthly. The customer has authorized at this time to replace the igniter for the furnace. After replacing the igniter, the system is operational and functioning normally.
During today’s visit, performed inspection and maintenance on one attic furnace unit and one crawlspace furnace unit. inspected flue pipes and ductwork for leaks. Inspected overall cleanliness of the blower and burner compartments. Inspected blower capacitors. inspected flame sensors and igniters. Inspected pressure switches and burners. performed ignition sequence on both systems and inspected flames. Inspected temperature heat rise on both systems. The upstairs system has a blower capacitor that is measuring below specifications. It is recommended to replace the blower capacitor at this time for that system. Otherwise, both systems are functioning normally at this time.
Upstairs Lennox furnace has bad ECM controlled blower motor that has gone bad. Have ordered new one from manufacturer. Will have repairs scheduled when part arrives.
Performed 2 system heat maintenance replaced 16x25x1 and customer provided 20x20x5 tested all electrical components cleaned flame sensor and pressure tube tested refrigerant charge all systems oper Properly at this time
Added scoop to basement duct to force more air to basement.
I performed a heat maintenance on one gas furnace. I checked the low voltage, checked the blower motor amperage and cleaned the flame sensor. The system is running and operating like it should be at this time
I performed a maintenance on a one system gas furnace. I checked the low voltage blower amperage and cleaned the flam sensor filter size is 16x25x1 the system is running and operating like it should be.
