Customer states unit not heating upon inspection found system to be in main limit lock out due to damaged heat exchangers causing internal Temperature of cabinet to exceed safe operation due to this system has been condemned and deemed inoperable system must be replaced
Unit was froze on arrival. Melted ice with furnace and blower. 14 x25 x 1 filter is new. After ice melted. Technician noticed stripped threads on suction king valve of outdoor unit Was able to take brief measurement of suction pressure 145 psi. Unit shouldn’t freeze up with this pressure. Hopefully just filter was issue. If customer does have future issue. King valve will need to be ordered and replaced. Photos of equipment model number and serial number are uploaded. Estimates are created. Should unit not cool overnight to give us a call.
Thermostat satisfied upon arrival. Checked refrigerant and unit operation and system operating properly.
Replaced shorted condenser fan motor, replaced fan belt for blower motor, also perform a 1 system tune up.
2001 Carrier gas package unit not working because of a shorted condenser fan motor. I will be calling supplier for availability and work up quotes for customer. I also made customer aware that the fan belt for blower is loose and also needs replacement. Pics uploaded, 2-16x25x1, A36 belt, need extension ladder for roof

The system was low on Freon put two ponds of 407c in the system also changed out two 16x25x1 filters I do recommend that you talk to a Comfort Solutions specialist I’m getting a price to change out the unit
