New 1 system CCM- Checked heating operations of 2022 Rheem furnace. Replaced 14x20x1 filter, Checked capacitor outputs and amp drawls, Inspected heat exchangers, Checked delta T, triggered safety switches, Cleaned flame sensor, Cleaned burners, and cleared drain line. System is operating properly at this time. Need 6ft ladder, pics uploaded Also added a 8” Manuel damper for the master bedroom to adjust airflow (Need to open at cooling maintenance)

Chris was able to give this customer a free in home quote for a new system. he provided financing options as well. Chris also provided an estimate to move the furnace to the attic.
The current location of the 19 year old natural gas furnace is against code. It currently doesn’t have adequate combustible air. Which will cause excessive CO to inter the home. Due to location and age of system it is highly recommended to relocate and replace
