Performed heating maintenance on two gas furnace systems. Replaced two pieces 14 x 14 x 1 left side of house and a single 14 x 20 x 1 right side of the house. Cleared and treated condensation lines. Inspected electrical connections, and components. Removed, cleaned and reinstalled flame sensors. Inspected furnace operations, including heatexchangers while operating. Also, inspected outdoor units, electrical connections and components, ensuring no rodents, debris, etc. Also checked operations of thermostats by manual operation. Both systems are in good condition and operating properly.
Completed two system cooling maintenance. Filters were just replaced by customer, I left filters on site. I checked all electrical components on the indoor unit,cleared drains and checked amp draw on blower motors. I checked refrigerant charge,cleaned outdoor units and checked all electrical components on the outdoor units. System are currently cooling at manufacturers specifications.
Arrived and discussed issues with customer. I went threw both nest and turned off all eco setting,turned of nest presence settings and removed all possible scheduling. Customer allowed me to use his phone for the nest app and I turned off everything. They are set to as close to a set it or forget it as nest will allow. Thermostat kept going into away setting/ programs thinking the customer had left the house. Both thermostats are set to cool and propane functioning grew the app at this time.
Drain line super clogged. Was able to get clog out of drain line and made sure it was cleared and coming out the other end. No charge
The drain line was clogged and was backing up the ss1 witch, was shutting the system down. I blew out the drain line and it was still not coming back on removed the ss1 and it started to run. I replaced the ss1 with a ss2 and the system is running and operating like it should be.
I performed a heating maintenance on two gas furnaces Ac units I did nor replaced the two 14x14x1 filters and one 14x20x1 filter homeowner has already replaced the filters I checked all electrical components on both units and I found on the furnace that is in the garage that the switch to turn it on and off was not working properly the homeowner provided another switch so I replaced it and it is working fine I checked the temp rises and checked the heat exchangers and checked the gas pressures and checked and cleaned the flame sensors everything is in good working order at this time.
Ran new 18/8 wire for thermostat. Once wire was ran, found out that nest thermostat backplate is sending low voltage to furnace without thermostat face mounted. Customer will get new thermostat backplate and replace.
I performed a cooling maintenance on two gas furnaces both in the attic Homeowner replaced two 14x14x1 filters and one 14x25x1 filter I checked all electrical components on both units and checked the temp drops and cleaned the drain lines and I checked the Freon levels and checked the capacitors everything is in good working order at this time.

Main level system for home found no power at outdoor unit. 40 amp breaker in home was tripped. Technician reset breaker and after approximately 10 minutes of operation the breaker tripped again. 40 amp breaker in panel was warm to the touch. Technician verified tight connections. Tested all capacitors and connections in out door unit. Capacitors and connections are good. Recommend replacement of 40 amp breaker in panel. Both systems the main level and upstairs are 30 years old and because of age and lack of efficiency replacement is recommended. Office will schedule appointment with customer and our comfort specialist to discuss various options.

Sound customer noticing in master bedroom was result of return vent making harmonic sound through vibration. Explained to customer how the sound is created and made minor adjustment. As to the sound outside start sound is being generated by scroll compressor. Sound is not excessive in my opinion and will not affect operation. System is Cooling properly. Provided customer with information about our maintenance program.
