I performed a maintenance on 2 gas furnace I looked at the heat exchangers and the low voltage, the blower motor amperage and tread and blew out the drain lines. I checked the charge and the compaster on both systems and washed them off. The systems are running and operating like they should be at this time.
Completed cooling tuneup. Replaced 16 x 25 x 1 filter, cleared drain lines, cleaned outdoor unit, checked electrical components and checked charge. Outdoor unit was extremely dirty. Indoor filter was also dirty. After cooling tuneup system is cooling at manufacture specifications. Diagnosed issue with upstairs thermostat and zone. Damper motor. Estimate for repairs have been created And sent to customer. Upstairs thermostat and zone. Damper motor have been disabled at the zone board. Customer replaces upstairs thermostat. They will also have to replace upstairs zone damper motor at the same time for correct comfort control.
New 1 system ccm- Checked heating operations of system. Replaced filter, checked capacitor output and amp drawl, trigger safety switches, cleaned flame sensor, cleaned burners, and cleared drain line. system is operating properly at this time. 2-16x25x1
