Performed 1 system ccm cooling maintenance replaced 20x20x1 filter checked electrical components and refrigerant charge system is operating properly at this time
Performed inspection and maintenance on one basement heat pump unit and one outdoor condensing unit. Changed the filter and treated the drain line and condensation pump. Checked emergency heat strip operation and blower amperage. Checked zone damper operation, and ductwork. Checked outdoor condensing unit fan motor amperage, capacitor, and Freon levels. They are charging to monthly membership.

Warranty/maintenance Found drain line clogged, preventing condensate from flowing to the pump. Primary SS2 float switch engaged shutting down equipment before water overflowed into the emergency pan. Cleared and cleaned drain line and treated condensate pump with chemical. Flushed drain with water and tested. Our system states that customer is due for cooling maintenance in nine days. Last maintenance performed February 15, 2022. Replaced 20 x 20 x 1 filter, inspected electrical connections and components. Tested zoning and damper motors. Inspected refrigerant level and outdoor unit performance. Left both thermostats set to 74° in Cooling mode. System is cooling properly at this time.
