Change filter. Clean drain. Checked all electronic components. Checked amps on heat strip and blower. Both test fine. Check zone dampers. Both Damper test fine. fix insulation around line set. Checked amps on compressor and fan. Both test fine. He pop performing as it should.
Clean drain. change filter 16 x 25 x 1. Clean flame sensor. Checked all electronic components. Checked amps on inducer motor and blower motor. Both test fine. Checked all safety switches. Furnace performance as it should.
I completed a two system heating maintenance. The 16x20x5 and 20x20x5 media filters are still ok but will need to be changed in spring time. I checked the amp draw on the blower motor and heat strips. I checked refrigerant charge and tested defrost cycle on the outdoor units. I checked the amp draw and tested the capacitor on the outdoor units. I tested safeties and confirmed proper sequence of operation. Both systems are currently heating at manufacturers specifications.
Change filter 14 x 25 by one. Checked all electronica pounds. Checked amps on draft inducer motor and blower motor. Both test fine. Clean drain. Cleaned flame sensor. Furnace running as it should.

Clean out wash nest out of Inducer motor. basement unit. Change filter. Clean drain. Checked all electronic components. UV like good. Checked amps on inducer motor and blower motor. Both is fine. checked all safety switches. All switches test fine. Clean flame sensor. Fix bent spot on filter rack so filter rack. Will go in and out easy. Bow furnace Working as they should.
When I arrived, I found rollback switch tripped. Reset switch. Found that the unit had a lot of soot. Customer decided to go with an estimate on replacing unit.
Main level unit. Clean drain. Change filter. Checked all electronic components. Checked amps on heat strip and blower motor. Both test fine. Basement unit. UV light working. Changed filter. Clean drain. Check amp on heat strip, and blower motor. Both tests fine. Fixed insulation around line set at air handler. Checked amps on compressor and fan. Both outside units test fine. Both heat pumps performing as I should.
Replaced compressor pulled 00 micron vacuum and returned to factory charge
Performed 3 system maintenance. Replaced 2-16x20x1 and the 16x20x5 filter in good condition. While checking basement system, compressor stopped pumping while it was running. Once power was disconnected to check everything and powered back on it was pumping again. Will be ordering new compressor for basement heat pump. Other 2 systems clean and operating properly.
4 system heating maintenance. Charge for today is only for filters. 16 x 20 x 5 and 20 x 20 x 5. Replaced all filters and inspected all systems for proper operation. Also treated and cleared drain lines.

Performed heating maintenance to gas, furnaces, and one heat pump. Replaced all filters. Cleared and treated condensate, drain lines and pumps. Inspected electrical connections and components. Although it is not causing any issue at the moment, I do believe I see a slight bit of change in the flame in the heat exchanger of the main level furnace with the blower comes on. This could be an early indication of a heat exchanger issue, and I just want it to be noted at this time. Otherwise units are heating normally and maintaining temperature in the home.

Performed heating maintenance on three systems. Two heat pump systems and one heat pump Mini split. Replaced the 16 x 20 x 1 filter for a basement system. Inspected 20 x 25 x 5 filter for main level and it is still in good condition. Removed and cleaned washable filters for a mini split. Technician used mild sanitizer to clean surfaces. Added condensate tablets to both pumps for basement systems. Inspected electrical connections, and components of all units. Inspected operations, including refrigerant levels of all units at this time. All three systems are heating properly and operating quite well.
I arrived and discussed issue with the customers. I found the furnace in a roll out switch fault. I reset the rollout switch and tested the system. I checked and confirmed furnace flue pipe. I did adjust the gas pressure down slightly for high stage. This is a L.P. Furnace , I set the high stage to 10 in w.c. . The safety did not trip while on site today and I did not see any signs of flame roll out. I cycled the furnace and checked the sequence of operation. The blower motor and inducer motors are operating with in specifications at this time.I discussed our maintenance plans with the customer. The system is currently heating correctly.
