I had requested to have my kitchen tile and grout cleaned and sealed after buying a new house. After Jym finished with the cleaning portion, he did not recommend sealing the grout and tile as one of the previous owners had done a poor job color matching the grout. As a result the sealant would not work properly. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism!
