Zack and Josh presented themselves on time, energetic, friendly, and professional!! Zack thoroughly explained the process they would use on my cat urine soaked carpet located on the landing of my staircase. He cautioned that while they would use an advanced process there was a chance the integrity of the carpet would be compromised. I appreciated their being so honest and thorough.

I called and asked for a technician to evaluate whether or not we needed our tile and grout cleaned and, if we did, how much it would be. A technician came out and told us that he did not think Technicare's cleaning would be the best solution for us and offered alternative ideas. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he did not try to sell us something he didn't believe was best for us.
