Jim was beyond helpful at the window washing estimate this afternoon. He was very prompt, and all around, just wonderful! You can tell he cared about any questions that I had, and takes pride in his career. He also went out of his way to look at our very wobbly screens and gave me helpful solutions to fix the problem.
