We can't thank Tom enough. We were in the process of purchasing a home. The exterior of the chimney had some lose and missing brick. We asked Tom to do an inspection and what he found saved us from a potential death trap. Water damage to the interior had destroyed the fireplace as well as an adjoining wall. Brick was deteriorated. Home owner had altered the gas insert by removing its vent and calling it a ventles system. I could go on and on with his findings. The end result was that the entire fireplace and chimney would need to be rebuilt. He saved us from a huge nightmare.
