Generator faulted for Throttle Stuck on 5/29/23 and Throttle Position on 5/15/23. No evidence of a coolant leak or oil leak. Manually moved throttle and watched feedback circuit work properly. Started generator and allowed it to run for roughly 30 minutes monitoring for leaks. No issues found. Will need to monitor for continued Throttle issues.
Certified Generac start up. Generator is working properly. Paid $350 with check #516.

Bad controller and battery. Replaced and tested. Generator is now working properly.
Generator shutdown for low coolant. The heater core block off cap(rubber cap) was deteriorated and ruptured. See attached pictures. Replaced cap and topped off coolant level. Power was still out so generator was placed into auto. Generator started and immediately powered building. Monitored generator for further issues. No evident issues present.

Could not get generator to duplicate the rpm loss. Did a firmware update and performed a #2 service. Generator is working properly.
#1 service. Generator was leaking antifreeze from a faulty hose clamp. Replaced both clamps. Drained antifreeze and refilled. Had to add one gallon. Generator is now working properly.
