Fuel delivery pressure fault. Low pressure regulator filled with water. Property manager is sending someone to fix and figure out how this happened. Could not service due to the fact generator could not start.
#2 service. Spoke with property manager about bringing generator up to code. Generator is working properly.
GENERATOR FAULTED FOR UNDERVOLTAGE 1902. BASED ON TESTING, THE DIODES IN THE BRIDGE RECTIFIER HAVE FAILED. REPLACED THE BRIDGE RECTIFIER AND RAN GENERATOR UNDER LOAD FOR 45 MINUTES. OUTPUT VOLTAGE NEVER FLUCTUATED MORE THAN 4-5% WHILE POWERING THE HOME. NO FURTHER ISSUES AT THIS TIME. FILED THE REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY.
#1 service. Replace battery next service. Did not have a battery on the truck. Generator is working properly.
#2 service. Fault 1518. Checked cam and rpm mag pick up. Battery good. Could not get generator to duplicate the fault. Generator is working properly.
#2 service. Generator is working properly. Barrier needs to be installed between generator and wooden platform.
#2 service. Generator is working properly. Breaker feeding master bedroom was tripped. Could not reset because it kept tripping. All connections were tight. Did not have that breaker on trucks. Informed customer to call there electrician to check all connections in the bedroom. Customer agreed that would be the safest option.

#1 Service. Updated firmware from 1.50 to 1.51. Inspected fuel pressure and adjusted it to 11”. No issues.
Generator was faulting for Overspeed. Ignition coils were determined to be the cause of the alarm and were replaced. Generator runs and operates as it should. No further issues.
Installed cellular Mobile Link device. Customer requested that we monitor their Mobile Link as well.
#1 service. Generator had a radiator hose clamp broken and leaked out a gallon of antifreeze before faulting for low coolant. Replaced hose clamp and added one gallon antifreeze. Generator is now working properly.
