Could not service generator out of code. Window directly behind generator.
Replaced radiator and filled with antifreeze and tested. Generator is working properly.
Control board was dead. Had power from utility and battery. Replaced and tested. Generator is now working properly.
Annual service. Radiator is leaking. Left customer message to contact the office or me. Generator is in the off position due to the severe leak.
#2 service updated firmware from 1.12-1.16
Number 1 service replaced starter due to several no rotation warnings. No further issues
#1 service. Adjusted valves. No issues.
Generator did not transfer during power outage. Generator started and ran but did not transfer power to the home. Inspected transfer switch and found no issues. Inspected generator and found the wire 23 laying in the bottom of the cabinet. The wire had been stripped but the majority of the copper had also been cut away. Stripped wires 23 and 194 and reconnected. Tested. Generator and transfer switches are now working properly.
Replaced battery. generator is now working properly.
Power was out, possible SMM or Control board. Tech was able to get generator back up and running. Need to return to repair. Parts needed.
