Termite pretreatment for a new construction home
This morning we installed a radon mitigation system for this old farm house. The substrate underneath the basement slab was heavy clay which can make it harder to move air underneath the home. We removed a lot of clay and made a large pit so that the system has a good vacuum pressure. The radon mitigation system should be working good, if the radon levels don’t come down then we’ll add a higher suction radon fan and possibly another suction point. We always solve the problem.
Treating this house for carpenter ants right now.
Just treated a house for carpenter ants. This house is located near a farm and had a few big oak trees near the house and was the source of the carpenter ant infestation.

This radon mitigation system was installed in the attic in the most discrete area.
