I live in New Lenox and I called Jerry on a Saturday evening to report a skunk under our porch. After giving me useful instructions on how to verify we actually had one under there - I called him that next morning confirming it was actually there. He came that same morning to set a trap. I called him on Monday morning to let him know the trap caught one. He was out within a couple of hours (this just after we had our first decent snow of the year and roads were still bad). He took away the skunk, but also prepped the area so that we could verify if there happens to be any others lurking. I would highly recommend Jerry to anyone in need of wildlife removal. He was very nice, extremely prompt and reasonably priced.
