Jerome was very timely and responsive to our situation . We had a raccoon living under our screened porch. Once the raccoon was removed, Jerome moved some rock for me to close the opening to prevent further intruders.

Jerry is so conscientious and courteous. I was worried as the wood chuck moved in on a Friday, but Jerry came out on Saturday morning to set the trap, then back in the afternoon to take that animal away and reset the trap. Then back again on Sunday to remove the trap and even filled in the hole the animal had dug. He texted me and called. Any time I have an issue I will call him, and would always recommend him.

I contacted them online and they followed up right away and was out that same day. Laid the trap for the skunk and caught it in a few hours! He came back out to the house and took it away. Skunk was removed within 24 hours of my first contact. Awesome!

I have nothing but praise for Jerry. I really wish we would have called him first when we were having a problem with a skunk and its babies. I put my full faith and confidence in Jerry to handle the wildlife problem for me, and he did an absolutely fantastic job of solving my problem.
