The service technician was awesome. Very professional, thorough and explained the repair/maintenance in great detail. The communication between the scheduling department and the technician was not very good and delayed our service time. I highly recommend that when a customer calls scheduling on the day of the service, that the customer is given a contact number for the technician, so there is no miscommunication. Also, there should be better hours for customers that work full-time!!!
