CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was not running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to compressor. No voltage from the main control board to the compressor. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage to the compressor. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not as cold as it should be. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage output, voltage output normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for voltage input at the compressor, compressor voltage input normal at the time of inspection. NOTE: Compressor was running and cooling unit down. Inspected voltage input at the condenser fan motor, input voltage was normal at the time of inspection. Found condenser fan motor Locked up and not running. CORRECTIO
