CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water onto floor. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line to refrigerator for leaks, no leaks found at this time. Inspected water valve for leaks, found water valve failure. CORRECTION: Replaced water valve and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator seems to run all the time. CAUSE: Found condenser coils clogged with debris. CORRECTION: Clean condenser coils and tested, operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not as cold as it should be. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage output, voltage output normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for voltage input at the compressor, compressor voltage input normal at the time of inspection. NOTE: Compressor was running and cooling unit down.
