CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not CAUSE: Found dryer main control board failed. CORRECTION: Control is NLA, was able to reset by unplugging unit approx 5min. But issue may persist. CONCERN: Customer reports microwave is not heating CAUSE: Magnetron and diode failure. CORRECTION: Replaced magnetron and diode. Operation now normal.
