CONCERN: Customer reports SAMSUNG Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to compressor. No voltage from the main control board to the defrost or fridge fan. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal.
