CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is leaking. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection.Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal CONCERN: Customer reports freezer is not cooling properly. CAUSE: Found refrigeration system low on freon. CORRECTION: Recharged system and tested. Operation now normal. Note: NO GUARANTEE ON RECHARGING SYSTEM.
