CONCERN: Customer reports LG R/F coil cooktop burner is not working. Model DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected for proper voltage from wall to cooktop terminal block, voltage is normal. Inspected voltage from terminal block to the main control input line, voltage was normal. Inspected voltage from the main control to the infinite input, voltage was normal. Inspected voltage from R/F infinite switch to the burner receptacle, found the burner receptacle and burner shorted out.CORRECTION: Replaced R/F burner and burner receptacle, operation now normal.
