CONCERN: Customer reports microwave turn table motor is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested microwave for proper voltage, voltage was normal. Inspected voltage from control board to microwave turn table motor, voltage was normal. Found Microwave turn table motor shorted. CORRECTION: Replaced microwave turn table motor and tested, operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports microwave oven door is too heavy and falls open. CAUSE: Found microwave oven door torsion springs failed. CORRECTION: Replaced microwave oven door torsion springs and tested. Operation is now normal.
