CONCERN Customer reports refrigerator freezer door out of alignment. CAUSE: found upper part of mounting causing door to be partly making contact with door .CORRECTION: adjusted and tested. Operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports Oven is off of temp. CAUSE: Found both ovens work fine. Advised proper rack location for specific cooking.CORRECTION: both ovens test ok.
