Samsung refrigerator ice maker stuck. Virginia/Pebblecreek CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is not making ice. CAUSE: Tested water supply lines and water valve operation, Tested for proper voltage to the ice maker and inspected freezer for proper temperature. Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal
