CONCERN: Customer reports washer is not running CAUSE: Found washer motor coupling broken CORRECTION: Replaced motor coupling, Ear dogs and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Dryer is making a loud noise when tumbling. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer barrel operation, operation normal. Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers, belt, and idler pulley. Operation now normal
CONCERN: Customer reports washer has IE error code. CAUSE: Found washer is overfilling the tub due to a hole in the pressure switch hose. CORRECTION: Replaced and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. Made sure pressure hose is secured at the top and bottom, put a zip tie around the outside of washer to keep hose away from the hose clamp that caused the other hose to fail. Washer is working as designed no more overfilling and cycle advances as designed. No leaks at time of completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator needs water filter replaced CORRECTION:Replaced water filter and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. Part only CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line for leaks, no leaks at the refrigerator water supply line. Inspected internal water refrigerator water lines for leaks, internal refrigerator water line are normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator defrost drain line for water leaks, found the source of the leak coming from the refrigerator defrost drain. Removed freezer panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain restricted with ice and debris. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain of ice and debris, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Washer is not draining or spinning DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected washer for proper output voltage from washer control to the washer motor, voltage o
CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is constantly running whenever door is closed. CAUSE: Found dryer main control board failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer main control board and tested, operation now normal. Must close door and hit start button to start dryer operation.
Needs new ice maker put in. Priest/Baseline CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is not making ice. CAUSE: Tested water supply lines and water valve operation, Tested for proper voltage to the ice maker and inspected freezer for proper temperature. Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal.
