CONCERN: Customer reports GE refrigerator is not getting cooling well. MODEL GSH25JSXNSS DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected compressor operation, evaporator fan and condenser fan operation, all normal. Evaporator clogged with frost(Customer had it defrosted); Tested defrost heater for continuity, Found defrost heater, limiter, & thermistior failed. CORRECTION: Replaced defrost heater, limiter, & thermistior. Tested operation, all normal upon completion.
