CONCERN: Customer reports GE refrigerator has ice forming freezer floor. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line for leaks, no leaks at the refrigerator water supply line. Inspected internal water refrigerator water lines for leaks, internal refrigerator water line are normal at the time of inspection. Removed freezer panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain & line restricted with ice and debris. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain & line of ice and debris, operation now normal. No leaks.
