CONCERN: KENMORE Refrigerator is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage, voltage at wall outlet was normal at the time of inspection. Inspected input voltage to compressor, input voltage at compressor was normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator thermostat cold control operation, found refrigerator cold control failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator cold control and tested. Operation now normal.
