CONCERN: Customer reports GE refrigerator water filter will not set in housing properly Model GFE28HGHBB CAUSE: Found refrigerator water filter housing had water filter installed backwards. Magnetic strip will not allow unit to work if installed backwards . CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator water filter to is correct position and tested for leaks. Operation now normal.
