CONCERN: Customer reports washer is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage to the washer, voltage output to washer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage input to the washer timer, voltage input to the washer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage output from the timer to the timer output line. No voltage present at the voltage output line. Found washer timer failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer timer and tested, operation now normal. Tested all all water level sizes, automatic shut off working as designed.
