CONCERN: Customer reports GE Refrigerator ice maker is not making ice and refrigerator does not dispense water. Model GSH25SGPCSS DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, found microtubing leaking when dispensing. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection.Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker, replaced portion of microtubing, and tested. Operation now normal, no leaks upon completion. Doubletree/Invergordon IN Paradise Valley
