CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker was very noisy and is not not making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Turned unit on and noticed water was not circulating or spraying onto ice tray. Circulation pump failed. CORRECTION: Replaced pump and tested. Operation now normal.
