CONCERN: Customer reports LG dryer does not work. Model DLEX3470W DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested wall outlet for proper voltage, line voltage normal at time of inspection. Inspected terminal block for short or burnt wiring, terminal block and wiring normal. Inspected voltage to dryer controls, voltage normal at dryer controls. Inspected unit for missing neutral, Found neutral missing at dryer door switch. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer door switch and tested, operation now normal.
