CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall output for proper voltage, voltage is normal. Inspected voltage from dishwasher junction box to the dishwasher control board, voltage to the control board is normal. Inspected voltage from control board output to the dishwasher thermal fuse, found dishwasher thermal fuse shorted. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher fuse link and wiring harness kit, operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water onto floor. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line to refrigerator for leaks, no leaks found at this time. Inspected water valve for leaks, found water valve failure. CORRECTION: Replaced water valve, clean coils, repair micro tubing and tested. Operation now normal.
