CONCERN: Customer reports SAMSUNG refrigerator is leaking water. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line for leaks, no leaks at the refrigerator water supply line. Inspected internal water refrigerator water lines for leaks, internal refrigerator water line are normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator defrost drain line for water leaks, found the source of the leak coming from the refrigerator defrost drain. Removed refrigerator panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain restricted with ice caused by a bent factory defrost drain heater. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain of ice and adjusted defrostdrain heater, rec crimped.operation now normal. No leaks at time of completion.
