CONCERN: Customer reports ice machine is leaking. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, found incoming line to water valve was splitting and spraying water. Noticed that condenser coils were very dirty and restricting air flow causing lower components to get hotter than they should. CORRECTION: Replaced microtubing, cleaned coils, and tested. Operation now normal CONCERN: Customer requests cleaning/maintenance. CORRECTION: Clean condenser coils and tested, operation now normal.
