CONCERN: Customer reports washer is smelly CAUSE: Unknown CORRECTION: Clean screen and return water booth orifice tested, operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports Garbage disposal is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Technician inspected wall outlet for proper voltage, voltage at the wall is normal. Found garbage disposal motor locked up. CORRECTION: Replaced garbage disposal and tested. Operation now normal. CONCERN: Dryer is making a loud noise when tumbling. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer barrel operation, operation normal. Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed.
