CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line for leaks, no leaks at the refrigerator water supply line. Inspected internal water refrigerator water lines for leaks, internal refrigerator water line are normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator defrost drain line for water leaks, found the source of the leak coming from the refrigerator defrost drain. Removed fresh food panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain restricted with ice and debris. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain of ice and debris, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator freezing up in fresh food section CAUSE: Found defrost not staying on long enough CORRECTION: Programmed defrost on longer. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
